Mr. John Kimeu being the firms Executive Chairman provides leadership to the Board,with support and advise to the CEO/Director and Secretary to the board.

He maintains the authority to call and preside over meetings of the Board of Directors while promoting effective communication on developments occurring between Board meetings.

In his role as a Chairman,he presides over annual and special meetings with shareholders,financial institutions and other industry stakeholders.

He gives periodic briefs to the Director on issues and concerns arising in the executive sessions of the Board,organizes and establishes the agenda and annual schedule of the Board.

One of his key responsibilities is helping enable access to information to help the Board to monitor the Company’s performance,the boards self-assessement and evaluation processes.

As a co-founder and Managing Director at Scenic-link Investments Ltd, she manages all aspects of the company and upholds its values. She represents the organization in media interviews and campaigns and is responsible for brand development.

She is the Executive board Secretary and provides the Executive Board with notices of meeting times and places and requests contributions of items for the agenda.

The MD oversees budgets including annual budgets and any capital campaigns maintaining ultimate authority of how money is spent.

Her work as the head of staff entails giving direction and supervision to both program and support staff making sure all the departments are well co-ordinated for the benefit of our esteemed clients.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of business administration from University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

Assists the Managing Director in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all office branches activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.

Develops business plans, annual budgets, work plans and sales targets for the team with the Managing Director.

Provides guidance by simplifying operations and enhancing the productivity of all members of staff in the company.

Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine all office branches progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance , product development and new business opportunities.

Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, contract negotiations with timely briefing to the Managing Director.

Monitors office operations while supervising all the branches administrative personnel and ensures all office files and databases are well maintained.

Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff and also organising and chairing meetings with staff.

Manages staff schedules by delegating work to them, managing their workload and output and ensures company policy implementation and adherence to professional ethics by all staff

Responsibility for other business development staff, including mentoring, training, recruiting and allocation of duties.

Guides the sales team and ensure project objectives are met and sales realised.

Develops business plans, annual budgets, work plans and sales targets for the team with the Managing Director.

Advises on and assist with developing business structures and personnel within the Group to maximise the results of the Business Development function.

Oversees the Group’s business development functions including branding, marketing, advertising, to ensure consistent and high-profile representation of the firm in the marketplace.

Responsibility for other business development staff, including mentoring, training, recruiting and allocation of duties.

Project manage new relationships from initial contact, enquiries and sales, through to project delivery and ongoing follow-up.

We have a team which is headed by a Senior Valuer and that carries out property valuation. The process involves assigning a value to the property on the basis of three key factors;

• Size and location of the land,
• Size and functionality of the property
• Prevailing market conditions (demand and supply) for properties having similar characteristics.

Our team of professional valuers are able to carry out the following duties effectively to the satisfaction of our esteemed clients:

• Evaluating the value of properties on site and measuring the dimensions of the land. If a valuation is complex, the Senior valuer works the rest of the team or takes assistance from our able legal representative.
• Reporting on their findings after the valuation of property has been completed. Also, if the property is being evaluated for the purpose of sale, the valuers maintain a report detailing all activities, such as negotiations, between the seller and buyer.
• Advising our clients on the possible property purchasing strategies that can prove to be effective for the company. The team also provides useful advise related to loan repayments and investment returns on the basis of the location of the property and its overall condition. Moreover, the valuers also provides instructions to our clients regarding the disposal of the property that can prove to be cost-effective for the company.

The Director and co-founder is a registered property manager with a wealth of experience in real estate.

Mr.Mulee is a holder of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Nairobi, MBA in Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada. He also has a Diploma in Investment Planning and Appraisal. With his vast knowledge and experience, the Director has spurred the company from a little known outfit to a medium real estate business that it is today.

As the director, he is the company’s’ principal public relations representative to major customers, government entities, financial community and the public.

With his analytical and critical outlook, he provides guidance, directions and authorization to the management team in order to carry out major plans & procedures consistent with established policies of the company for the benefit of our growing clientele.

As a board member,Ms. Smith attends all board and committee meetings and functions, such as special events.She is well informed about the organization’s mission, services, policies, and programs.

By sitting at the board,she reviews the boards agenda and supporting materials prior to board and committee meetings,serves on committees or task forces and offers to take on special assignments when required to do so.

She plays his role by suggesting possible nominees to the board who can make significant contributions to the work of the board and the organization while keeping abrest with up-to-date information on developments in the organization’s field.

She also assists the board in carrying out its responsibilities, such as reviewing the organization’s annual financial statements.

The team manages sales and letting aspects in the company and is in charge of planning, developing and executing marketing programs such as:

• Analysing and investigating demand, price and competition for the target product in any particular target area.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Devising and presenting ideas and marketing strategies/plans to actualise sales
• Promotional activities/marketing campaigns and branding by managing and producing marketing materials such as leaflets,posters,flyers,newsletters,catalogues etc)
• Managing online marketing and publicity events
• Compiling sales reports(weekly)
• Monitoring performance by maintaining and updating proper customer databases.
• Ensuring business growth and client retention

The company has invested in a team of building contractors and experts which includes three Engineers, two quantity surveyors and an architect. Apart from these we continually engage other consultant experts depending with the magnitude or extent of the contract.

• Negotiating and developing project contracts and agreeing these with clients and putting out tenders;
• Working with detailed diagrams, plans and drawings and coming up with site-specific equipment as required to ensure building systems and processes are adhered to whilst keeping to a strict budgetary allocation.
• Commissioning, organizing and supervising any building contract from implementation to finish.
