Analysing and responding to client requests which involve:
- Direct procurement of building materials for our clients
- Performing periodic inspections to ascertain repair needs, lease violations and safety hazards and compiling a report on the same to be forwarded to the property owner for actioning.

- Rental property management and maintenance recommendations
